Raspberry milkshake recipe

Protein: 26.6 g

Ingredients

  • 100 ml of skimmed cow's milk
  • 50 gr of natural skimmed yogurt 
  • 50 gr raspberries 
  • 2 ladles of BARIPROTEIN

Method of preparation

  • Wash the raspberries well.
  • Put all the ingredients in a glass suitable for blender and blend well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. You can add a few drops of sweetener if you find it a little acidic.
