• HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate) is a natural compound from L-leucine that the body uses for protein synthesis at the muscle level.
• Creatine is a natural nutrient that promotes muscle mass gain.
• Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that plays a fundamental role in the muscle, since it will enhance protein synthesis and thus a correct development and functionality of the muscle.
• Magnesium is a mineral that promotes proper protein synthesis.

• Contributes to the normal functioning of muscles (Vitamin D and Magnesium).
• Contributes to normal protein synthesis (Magnesium).
