 Mango and kiwi smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150 gr of mango.
  • 150 ml of skimmed cow's milk.
  • 2 ladles of BARIPROTEIN.
  • 1 kiwi.

Method of preparation

  • Wash, peel and chop the fruit to make it easier to blend. 
  • Beat all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
