Persimmon, carrot and banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot.
  • 1 banana.
  • 1/2 khaki.
  • Ice.
  • 2 ladles of BARIPROTEIN.

Method of preparation

  • Peel the fruits and carrots and chop them.
  • In a blender or mixer add the fruit, BARIPROTEIN and the ice. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
